Terms of Use

Welcome to Jlsa system. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• "Service": The Jlsa cloud system for legal case and mandate management.
• "Customer" or "User": Any individual or entity registering for the Service.
• "Customer Data": All cases, files, and information uploaded or processed by the Customer via the System.
• "Account": The account created to access the Service.

The Customer is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Jlsa provides advanced security tools (such as audit trails), but we are not liable for any security breach resulting from user negligence in protecting passwords or sharing them with others. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Trial Period: We offer a free trial for a specified period. Upon expiration, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
• Fees: Subscription fees are paid in advance (monthly or annually).
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds for past periods, but you may cancel renewal for future periods at any time.

• Data Ownership: The Customer retains all intellectual property rights to their data and cases uploaded to the System. "Jlsa" claims no ownership over this data.
• Security: We commit to using the highest standards of security and data encryption. However, the Customer acknowledges that data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed 100%, and uses the Service at their own risk regarding data transmission.

The "Jlsa" system uses advanced technologies to protect legal data, including audit logs and access tracking. By using the System, you agree and acknowledge that:

1. The System records and tracks the identity of anyone accessing, downloading, or editing any case or document.
2. A complete log of all operations is maintained for security and audit purposes.
3. This feature is designed to protect the confidentiality of legal cases, and its use is subject to the Customer's internal policies.

"Jlsa" provides AI-driven features (e.g., data extraction, smart search). These features are assistive tools and not a substitute for human review or legal advice. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated outputs, and the Customer is responsible for reviewing any document or data processed automatically.

To the maximum extent permitted by law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

• "AS IS" SERVICE: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• NO GUARANTEE OF SECURITY: WHILE WE UTILIZE INDUSTRY-STANDARD ENCRYPTION AND SECURITY MEASURES (SUCH AS SSL AND ISOLATED DATABASES), WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM IS IMPENETRABLE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, DATA LOSS, OR DATA LEAKS RESULTING FROM SOPHISTICATED CYBERATTACKS OR UNFORESEEN SOFTWARE BUGS.
• SOFTWARE ERRORS: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOFTWARE IS NEVER ENTIRELY FREE OF BUGS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA EXPOSURE CAUSED BY UNINTENTIONAL CODING ERRORS UNLESS CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.
• LIABILITY CAP: OUR LIABILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts and judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, internet service provider failures, denial of service (DDOS) attacks, or unauthorized access to our information technology systems by third parties.
