When accessing case files or mandates, we record information about (User, Time, Operation Type).

Purpose:

This allows administrators in your firm to track access to confidential cases and maintain the confidentiality of legal information.

By using the system, you consent to this security processing of data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use information for the following purposes:

  1. Providing and operating the legal system services.
  2. Improving user experience and developing new features (e.g., enhancing smart case search).
  3. Sending important alerts (such as hearing dates) and security notifications.
  4. Complying with legal requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Data Storage and Sharing

Data Location:

Your data is securely hosted using trusted cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), in compliance with data sovereignty regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia. For large law firms, we offer fully local hosting options.

Sharing:

We never sell your data. We may only share data with:

  • Trusted technical service providers (e.g., hosting services) under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Government authorities if required by a court order or official regulation.

Under regulations, you have the right to:
